A highly ethical organisation which drives growth without diluting core values,lean manamgement heirachy for faster decision making,good corporate governance,strong team to support and a healthy environment to work in

Work life balance can be better, company is open to adopt technology but not very aggressive to strengthen the IT systems,grading system on positions offered will help fair appraisal programs, high performing employees could be recognised and compensated better on meritorious grounds, effective training to suit organisation needs and employee growth

Holding the CFO position, work is hectic as always but I do enjoy the role and try to work closely with business as much as I can because ultimately if your business is right your cashflows will also be right.
