It was a great Start up organization till couple of yrs ago which has been ruptured with leadership change at Mgmt level with people from PnG & Mondelez getting people known to them in their ex organization & it's becoming a ECom dominant Company & working primarily around profitability

Dislikes

New Leadership being more busy in Short term/internal Marketing & Profitability pressure than having a idea wrt Mkt reality & long term

Worked 4.5 yrs as Head of MT Channel & things changing fast & empathy missing & it's moving to people perception than understanding & appreciating people

Kimberly-Clark India supports each and every employee. They had not cut down salaries of any employee or layoff any of the employee during COVID-19 (Not even for there 3rd party employee nor for there house-keeping and pantry staff). Overall it was great experiences working with Kimberly-Clark India.

Dislikes

Career growth was very slow.
