The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest NI LabVIEW technology. I get to travel especially to patiala, pondicherry and Kanpur.I got B1 visa quickly. another plis point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
