They give you ample opportunity to learn.

There is poor work culture, Management insults you in front of everybody, including students, parents colleagues. There is no work clarity. people treat you like fool. There is no leave policy. If you are severely sick, still they will call you number of times for asking to come to school. There is unsteady management. They will call monkey, circus or mock to reputed teachers. They will force you to do a single work 5-7 times. There is no work life balance . You have to maintain multiple daily documents like log book, newspaper notebook, communication notebook, daily lesson daily lesson plans, daily students anecdotes etc. If you are in very need then only join this school otherwise try to explore more. They will hire you easily, because there is always vacancy. No teacher wants to work for long time there. Everymonth 5-6 teacher leave the institution. And yes they will cut your salary, on every step ie - you are late, not completed the task in allocated time, not multitasker, not picked the call etc etc...Read More
