Being a nursery teacher I like the guidance of most of the teachers, their behaviours and full of small children that surrounded me most of the time. The work culture that I got from them is unbelievable experience. Another one is training given by the head office was just awesome.

Promotions - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

As I've mentioned earlier that the work culture is very interesting but according to me only some of the behaviours of the front office management is disrespectful and other thing is salary i.e. average; there are some politics within the teammates and the management.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

Well and good; average. But from Kidzee I've gained a lot of experiences; some ups and downs, other teachers' behaviour and the happiness from small children that surrounded me most of the time.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
