The curriculum is well planned, teachers need to just follow it which very helpful in preparation of the lesson. Overall very good curriculum. Loved working with Kidzee. ❤

1)i suggest kidzee must improve their marketing strategies. 2) syllabus must be state wise. 3) ekidzee app needs lots of improvement. 4) facilitators must have a uniform, which should must provided by kidzee free of cost to the facilitators.it can be a casual tshirt of logo embedded on it. 5)kidzee must lauch their any new transformation early during mid of the session so that facilitators gets enough time to get acquainted to it....Read More

Your job is never confirmed in this organization, Irrespective of you Representating Zee learn in any of its offerings such as Kidzee or anything! NOTE: Despite of you putting your heart and soul at work and delivering top notch results, you will always be a fringe element at the company's disposal! The Management will not think twice to replace you! You'll feel devastated as you will be put at blame for silly things in a group forum every day! Every now and then people resign in this organization. YOU WILL BE HUMILIATED BY YOUR DIRECT REPORTING MANAGER AS WELL AS THE LINE 2 MANAGER AND EVEN THEIR SENIORS..! This is the situation of every employee (kidzee) There will be 3 meetings everyday and in every meeting You'll be screwed in front of everyone, that is the agenda of every meeting, and ot consumes about an hour for every meeting You'll be made to feel worthless in these meetings! DESPITE YOUR RESULTS!!!! EVERYONE WILL BE SCREWED IN THE MEETINGS THAT TAKE PLACE! YOU'LL BE ASSIGNED TASKS AND LATER THEY DENY FOR ASSIGNING THE TASK AND THE MANAGEMENT WILL BLAME AND SCREW YOUR HAPPINESS AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE A MISERY HERE FOR EVERY SINGLE DAY!! This is the culture that Zee learn practices, that embodies it's leaders to follow. Never trust anyone saying this company has great culture n all..! They have the worst culture! They follow hire and fire policy! I have seen with me people of great calibre resign at force, their manager's have called them and harassed them to resign despite them joining a month back and not to forget the HR will be hand in glove to pressurize. If you do not resign they will remove you out of every group and state it to other team members that you have been sacked for poor performance, Note this is the situation of a performer who has constantly delivering results within the mentioned timeframe. This practise is Due to personal opinions which lack the right judgement required at work. There is zero support here, once joined You'll have everyone as a common enemy to you, as even your team members will be asked not to support each other and do not let each other speak much and hide many things planned against you. The only people who are in this organization are old people who will not let anyone new join and survive at the organization as they are unskilled as per today's generation. They are hellbent on screwing your career. Nishant Singh from Mumbai is one example, he is a cluster manager of Zee Learn Limited of Kidzee and let me tell you that he has never had even one member in his team survive in the organization for more than 3 months. He is notoriously famous for that, and so is the reputation of the organization. The managers will never support you despite you are right he will willfully deny the truth and throw you to the wolves. You'll find the manager's at office in an unethical manner frequently. Lame comments passed at females. What would you expect from such leaders, Advice fresh Talents and Experienced people to not waste their time of life by joining this organization! They have full week working with Zero offs in a week, the official mentioned work timings are 9to7 and Mon-Sat(but you'll be screwed if you rest on weekends, and will be harassed in huddle meeting for not working on weekends) It's a horrific place to work, you'll jeopardize you're work life balance and most importantly the Health as you'll be left with only blames and zero credit for your work here.
