Kids World School is a small platform to grow your skills and experience in the field of teaching. This gives opportunities to freshers as well to work in their organisation as a Teacher. But there is no job security , as you never know when they will going to throw you out from the school. Except the Coordinator and one teacher (Both were working from past 4 years ) no other staff or teacher having their job security. School never meets with their commitments. Even during this Covid 19 period, only those 2 teachers (mentioned above) are getting the benefits or you can salary. Rest the others were just sitting ideal. Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Even salary is also very poor and career growth is very slow . 15 days is the training period where one can never knows whether she is going to be a part of the school or not , and that also without pay.

Work Details

Work experience is good as colleagues are very good there but management never address our issues . But just because of student's future , working in this school is a good experience. No any other benefits for teachers except the salary.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. There is a huge gaming arcade. But no payment in pandemic no calls for joining.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics done by teachers those who are in higher position and those are close to director of school.

The job is very interesting ,there is lots to learn in school ,the director is very friendly in nature.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
