Unnecessary/unwanted communication and involvement by the management. Senseless questioning on chat groups or on floor creating insulting atmosphere and an unprofessional conduct. Autocratic decision making and then blame the people down below for the failure. Too much of micromanaging on silliest of things and encouraging gossips. Too frequent changes in the organization i.e., people, process, decisions etc. Unrealistic target to chase which leads to failure and eventually no growth or hike. High amount of gaslighting.
