Director's Nature is Very much Supportive. They believe & says that "if you do not know about work don't worry we will teach you. your willingness is more then enough" they give chance to learn and grow. I would love to say the Safest place to work for Female Staff. every one call Sir or Ma'am to each other even Directors also.

Lala company. They are not running company. They are running grocery store where field employees has to appear before 9:30 am & has to do market till 7:30 pm. Not giving salary on time. They put one person at HO to monitoring employees daily sales call. Giving 200rs/day petrol. So local conveyance expensive. When you asked for travel claim first they will check travel day call after they will release. As per HR policy giving 3 tier AC but they asked to travel on general tickets. Overall management is not good as other brand in same product....Read More
