However, we are shocked and sad to know you believe our approach is such as mentioned. We agree a lot of things were manual, we changed offices frequently since we were growing from a team of 6 to 300 plus today and would keep expanding. With an extremely high turnover for an organization of our strength and considering future expansion we have adapted and adopted a lot of new policies and HRMS software for confirmation, appraisal and many more HR processes. Sales being an aggressive department, currently, we are reworking on strategies for training new sales team members for them to stay long-term.
