It is definitely a plus when you all believe in the company policies. All this is a combined effort of members such as you. The engagement activities are arranged to keep our members involved and engaged. However, considering our industry though we try to encourage everyone a very few participate. The HR team understands that each individual is different and manages time and work differently, and there is a personal choice in terms of work and play. Believe us, we truly appreciate all of you who participate in activities, this is what work much more fun. Appreciation is always there on different forums that you must have observed. Gifting for participation is something that is not feasible taking into account the the number of branches and participation. But we have made a note of it and will check what is the best that we can do. Apologies we didn't help you out in time and have failed to support you. Yes, our HR team is always working on engaging our employees positively. As highlighted by you, our HR team is struggling to ensure that all teams should participate no matter how occupied they are. However, when members choose to continue working for unavoidable reasons the management cannot do much since it is all about priorities and managing time for different individuals. Salary increment depends on the KRAs/KPIs created which definitely is shared by team members' leaders which is the case in every organization. However, your comment about management going with the comments of people they know is something not true because management listens to everyone but decision is always taken objectively keeping in mind company's vision and mission. We have a dedicated learning and development personnel, do connect and let them know of your requirements. Such learning initiatives currently, are basis the availability of our teams which seems to be a challenge still. Let's work that out. However, we have a structured approach created for incentives and increment already in place. The same has been followed till now. Both are based on your performance and additionally the organization pays and has paid in the past additional bonus basis the company performance too. Connect with us if you still feel it is unfair. Hi, thank you for sharing your views. We are glad to know you love the work environment and growth opportunities. We have become better at maintaining and helping our members maintain their personal and professional lives, since we believe in taking care of self and family and giving them time. However, yes at instances we still have a few days where the teams have to work at weekends and holidays at times. Trust us we are working on getting out of this completely. Hence training our leaders on managing time better and to check on alternatives to resolve issues received from client at weekends etc. Keep growing and loving us.
