I joined this company as the Marketing Head with high hopes and aspirations. However, my experience during my brief tenure was alarming and deeply concerning. Observations: 1.Non-payment of Salaries: Within two weeks of joining, I discovered that the company has a bad history of withholding employee salaries. This was not disclosed during the hiring process, nor was it mentioned in my appointment letter 2. Unethical Business Practices: The company is involved in questionable practices in the jewelry business. This raised serious ethical concerns for me. 3.Toxic Work Environment: In a meeting with the owner, Kishore Khimji, I witnessed shocking behavior. He smoked in a closed, air-conditioned room and consumed liqor during the meeting. He verbally shouted senior leaders, treating them with utter disrespect, even going as far as demanding one of them to bow down his boots. Such behavior was demeaning and unprofessional, to say the least 4. Resignation and Retaliation: Upon deciding to resign after witnessing the toxic work environment, I faced further issues<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The company refused to pay my one-month salary, citing a non-existent policy that employees must work for at least three months to be eligible for salary payments</mark>. This condition was not mentioned in my appointment letter and seemed like a deliberate tactic to exploit employees. 6. Threats and Intimidation: After my resignation, I was threatened with harm, prompting me to file a official complaint. Despite this, the company showed no intention of clearing my dues. This experience highlighted an extreme level of unprofessionalism and toxicity within the organization. It is a place where employee welfare is disregarded, and unethical practices are rampant. I strongly advise potential employees to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate before considering joining this company. There are no leaves in this company and single leave will attract without pay The director is abusive They don't pay the salary and dues in time They deduct penalty for any reason They call to office and make them without pay. They throw out people for no reason and their attrition rate is 60%.
