I am so grateful in Khidmah because of the experience and learning that I learned.

Dislikes

First of all, They are not following instructions from ALDAR. In khidmah homes al rayanna even there is a heavy rain and even it is flooded even there is announcement in the email from ALDAR they will still wants you to crawl just to get there in the office. Second, Lack of staff activities. There is no work life balance. Even at late night they will push and force you to do the job even you're just an admin and it's not in Operation. Lastly, the bullying, power tripping and lack of respect with the supervisor and acting like a manager named Suraj Arukandi. He's behaviour needs to be stop. A lot of staffs resign and leave because of him. You can ask anyone of at the camp of what he's doing to them, how he treat them all. He will terminate the staff without any grounds and by that time he will tell to the head office that this staff is resign but need to render for 2 months. Take note he terminated the staff. He really loves make things complicated, even our project they don't like to talk to this person. Dislikes

While my experience with Khidmah IFM had many positive aspects, there were a few areas that could use some attention in to be the internal hiring and upgrade the deserving staff to utilize the skills at next level.
