Senior will not coordinate with you, Team Lead will tell you one thing Design Manger will order you at same time another thing, As this is Dubai based firm some time you have to work 24 hours continuesly (Department head will not give clarity when will project have to submit).

Terrible, After getting confirmation you have to go 6 days a week(Instead of 5 days) without comp-off and some time you have to work 24 hours continuesly (That is also non componsionate). They can sack you any time even in a day. Some people are too dumb.

There are absolutely no activities which involve women. Don't expect more than a cake and 30 mins of dumb charades, while "men's day", has prizes and fun games. Moreover, waiting for a response from the HR would take you an entire lifetime. Nothing positive to say about work and even the leads. You think, when you ask to work from home (with your own desk, laptop and internet) the company wouldn't behave like you've asked for a kidney.
