The wages paid are less than the market offering, increment process is there but very limited % are given every year

It is sometimes exciting when you start with new assignments and in between it will be boring as saturation will rise due to no work or break in between projects

Working with Khansaheb gave me a good experience over-all. Teammates are well cooperative and Managers are care takers. The company is open to innovative and adopts latest technology

Dislikes

I really thought to describe something dislike about Khansaheb but nothing much disliked. One thing i can dislike is I have to learn every thing alone but they give enough breathing time to learn

Work Details

I joined as Construction Planning Engineer. I was an average planner but I developed my level in Planning to Senior Planning Engineer with good experience. My role is doing Contract Program, Monitoring & Controlling and delay analysis
