There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow , knowledgeing related no growth in store management,. Faithful duties not gave write salary of labour or teamembe .In this situation or another situation . Really I'm zero before...when I joined kfc I start to learn everything .. kfc changed my life, team work that's very important , good management and friendly staff & training every month no delay salary, every month defined insensitive of sales, it wil be motivated to staff...... it's was amazing wonderful life in my career, I never forget that in my life time, thanks for good opportunity KFC.... I think dislike is nothing for mr .. it's definite of branches .... I work Phoenix market city & I never transfer any other brand... for me it's ok.

I joined a team member, 3 months training of each department kitchen, my first department kitchen every morning my shift manager will breaf about last day sales & achievements, then he will give target today after that, he will start question & answer.
