Previously it was very nice working with KFC but after passing a couple of years they were being interfering too much in personal life and now onwards the incentives payouts were being delayed and too much of partialily is being happening. as the franchise goes into sapphire's hands the KFC lowers it's people management responsibilit ies in a very drastic manner....Read More

After the franchise goes to the sapphire's hands there is zero percent job security as well as the management starting interfering too much in personal life. Also the incentive payouts wee delayed.

At tum it was amazing but in sapphire it was terrible

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
