It was wow when you started working but has the days goes on you are not. well when it was managed by the brand itself we had great time but once franchise was given our all benefits were taken away cost cutting overall.

When we were working in pizza hut and completed 5 years there was more responsible as bench person and they want us to remove from the job those days it was punishing a person they use to transfer to KFC.i was transferred to KFC so that I should leave my job but one of my store manager Mr.T G.Vinod he gave me an opportunity to shinein KFC I became unite manager all others were left the organisation so there was no much of kick to work....Read More

Kfc offers you a great learning experience and make you enough strong in terms of operations and handling store P&L .

Dislikes

There in no negative feedback for the company but there are some issues with the seniors and old employees who have spent 8-15 years in the same company. The have spoiled the system by favouritism in terms of choosing the pet employees over the who deserves the most Appreciation . Spooning is always priorities over the Deserving Employee
