I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Well they hired me based on my eBS HRMS experience, they knew I didn't have Cloud Fusion HCM experience. They told me upon joining to complete a Cloud Fusion HCM implementation in one month, I told them it's not possible and registered my disagreement on phone and email, anyways I learned Fusion HCM and conducted CRPs, prepared Testscripts, completed all setups and got Used Acceptance completed in 1.5 months, they fired me after completing of UAT, stating I delayed their project. Just for record it took them 10 months to complete that project, after they fired me, most probably I would have completed that project in 3 months....Read More
