Career growth is quite slow... So if you are fortunate enough to join the company at good designation, then that won't hurt you much. Management also depends from project to project but overall good.

Work Details

My work is quite interesting! Fortunately I up skilled myself at the right moment. Now I can perform the task in half of the expected time which gives me ample amount of time in hand.
