There is very strict rule n regulations..if u done ur work before time and..ur 9hr is complete but they r not going to ur home.at time..2nd one if u come late for 1m then u mark half day for day...but u wrok for extra 1/2hr in day then ok..for company. There is contact base. And he told me after 6months he taking me on roll..but onecondition depends upon ur performance...but i did excellent performance in company..my manager also impresse my work but ..they r not taking me in on roll n given a reason for not taking coz last yr they r not achieve target.. And taking those members who came from reference...they r taking payroll on company within six months..it's to unfair for me. Because i am coming for nokri.com I have lern to much here regarding work..it's help to my strength n knowledge...but third party facility it's poor...bad experience with company...
