Job timing is 10 AM to 9 PM Toxic work environment, Intern politics, If you earn incentive they will not give you.Politics for Promotion as well. Even if you complete your target you can not leave office.yoh have to stay in office till 9 PM.

They don't care about employees. Only Friday work from home. We can take extra work from home only 1 in 3 months. Worst appraisal since last 2 years. No one happy. They want lead level work at junior salary. Management getting worst day by day

The people here are fun to work with. It's hybrid for a few teams. No one really disturbs you on the weekend. Opinions are heard and interns are given equal importance. There is a work-life balance. If you wish to upskill and ask for it, it will be provided (Although I wish the company actually were proactive in this). But the senio r leadership is extremely amazing and you'll actually learn a lot under their guidance. The CEO and COO are extremely smart and just listening to how they think and how passionate they are about their product is amazing. There are no particular perks to join here. The insurance coverage is bareminimum and it only covers self (even though the management has been asked to include family for a number of years). The head of HR has made this extremely corporate and has promoted a negative work environment. The newer rules are getting crazier. Had joined this company because of the flexible work environment but as I see it, one year from now they might question you for every minute you spend away from the laptop. The new policies are not super employee friendly. I don't see any employee benefits being incorporated. The pay here is below the market average<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Team & Company is overall excellent in terms of creating a superb work environment. HR team is very cooperative with employees. Bosses are friendly. Hoping will get a promotion & good appraisal on time. Happy to be working with Ketto & adding my career skills to my biodata.
