Well, it seems like the creative team is running a gossip and personal affairs club, with partiality being served up as the main course. And if you're not from the same community as the manager, you're out of luck! The seniors in this team also seem to be on a permanent vacation. It's like they're the bosses of procrastination! The creative team manager is also a fan of giving priority to experienced employees, leaving the rest of the team out in the cold. And to top it off, they're handing out freelancing work to their favorites, while the senior employees are caught red-handed working on their side hustles during office hours. Talk about unprofessionalism at its finest! And to add insult to injury, the manager and their assistant are like a comedy duo, with daily targets for making fun of their team members. Looks like they're trying to compete with the office clown! In short, this company is a perfect example of how not to run a business.
