Worst to worst company in extrusion line in vatva, ahmedabad making fool to employee ,client ,vendor all. Not giving a decided bonus to employee. Not giving a experience certificate. Not giving salary sleep. Not giving money to vendors. Force to work in extra hours. If you want work peacefully than not look at this karkhana company.

The timings were terrible. Never could leave from office on time which had brought problems in my personal life too at an extreme level. They send me on unplanned trips with no prior notice and did not even tell the number of days it will take.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
