Very conducive working environment, its a great learning exposure. Team work is key, an innovation centre. I have really grown on my job.

I've been waiting for my terms of employment to be changed from Seasonal Contract. Please am not getting any younger. Would be more content and secure with my job if my terms were reviewed.

It is in Kenyatta University that I have really been able to put my skills into practice enabling me to grow not only professionally, but also socially, mentally. I have grown older, I have become a better me. I have learnt to be Patient, to appreciate the little things in life and through working at stations that had alot of work pressure, I have become a multi-tasker.

I believe that everything has its time, despite my terms of employment that were recently named Seasonal Contract, I feel that i have benefited alot BUT Would have been better if I felt that my Job was secured. Under this contract, I feel that am only around K.U. when my services are needed and thus can be told to leave whenever theInstitution decides am not needed. This really increases uncertainty and thus kills the Motivation. I have tried to overcome the feeling by being more positive and attending staff fellowships where am given chances to lead as you lead in preaching, u definitely become a motivator, an inspirer and you live the talk. I take each day at a time and definitely despite uncertainities that lead to strength surping romours, yesterday has never been like today. I am a better me today. It is when you beat/overcome the obstacles that you know you have lived well....Read More

The most interesting part is that I love work pressure, that's what has kept me going this far, serving students and seeing them thrive is my drive. I have tried my best and i really love what am doing.
