During our tough phase i.e, COVID-19, company supported us. Myself being in a probation period got the advantages equally with the other employees. There is nothing as partiality in this company.

Extension of probation period and salary hike.

Work Details

Overall experience at Kenya Airways is good. Pax Manager Mr. Srinivas Rao and Manager Ms. Suchitra are being very supportive.

One of reason I dislike is staying in one position over the years hence it makes one lose morale.

Its a good because its all guests about profiling, boarding guests and excellent service delivery.

I enjoyed working, however it was for short period unfortunatly Team, working culture was good but had very limited resources for expantion mainly due to its geogrophical location

Too many changes in higher managment and political presaure amd couruption on macro levels ....
