Learnt how to make fool. To new business partners and lots of abusive languages.

One have to unlearn everything learned.and got to follow command to stay at same designation for years. No incentive structure. No hike. salary gets deducted according to performance even reimbursement of TA will be deducted as per mood of superiors. Salary date may defer sometime. No work ethics one will learn how to use false commitments and dumb materials and forget the existing business partners and create new. Every month create new dealers and distributors. No annual budget. Every month new budget everyday payment collection and new dealer opening pressure with abusive dirty languages from local & HO personals.
