While the company has many strengths, I believe there is room for improvement in certain areas. For instance, the workload can be quite demanding at times, which may affect work life balance. It would be great to see more initiatives aimed supporting employee wellbeing and more initiatives towards employee benefits.

The only thing any one can feel happy is the projects and the domain they operate.

Terrible culture and work ethics. No Work Life balance maintained, mostly the leads/ managers are expected to burn out extra hours out side their agreed working hours. When most of your clients are from US you still force your employees to work on IST business hours and expect them to extend into EST/ CST hours to support clients...disgusting.
