No growth, no clear vision and how to reach goals, lack of business growth strategy. Job security, every two years they downsize and suddenly your role can be taken out. You join at one level and chances are you retire at the same level. Old timers are sitting relaxed, they don't allow others to grow.

It's a fantastic company to work with. You are provided with lots of freedom to work and express yourself. Your superiors are closely associated with you and company has got a very good culture. The most appreciated thing is it's highly ethical approach towards business in this competitive world.

Salary. Before I was joining my Salary was 13 k in 2017 now my Salary is 20k 2024 yearly 1k increment on what basis they are providing I don't No . And no skill development in the entire factory

Good technical support from management during project execution whenever we struck in any of technical issues.

Some people joins thru high reference and doesn't suit for our profile and resulting in delay for project execution. Most of the people focus on how to make money using TA/DA rather than project execution. Most of the field Engineers require technical training for timely project execution.
