Yes, I like to work in KVS as I have experienced persons and worked as ASO for more than 25 years and worked 37 years in different KVs/ROs. Most of people are like me and satisfied with my work.

No. I was enjoyed in KVS and worked very smoothly. All the Staff where I worked in verious KVs were like me. hence I like very much to my former deptt.

My work was (1) Overall supervision of Office and Accounts work. (2) Checking of TA/DA/LTC/Medical Bills/CEA Bills /TTA and other related bill of School Fund and VVN Accounts. (3) Letter Drafting and Overall correspondence of School Administrative work.

It is good experience to work in Kendriya Vidyalaya where we can involve in so many activities.

The work pressure is more. The person working in office must be cable to dealt with all the office procedures and bear the accountability. Promotion channel is limited.

Being the Office In-charge the individual has to hold the responsibility in different fields. Even in the absence of other posts, the individual has to complete the tasks.
