Here the working culture is very Bad. The Head in India is a corrupt guy with vested interest and has made working very difficult if you do not agree to his corrupt terms. Lack of professionalism is one of the key attributes in this this organisation. Actually Kemppi, Finland, is a good organisation with a pure European working culture, but this has been modified in India by the Indian Head to suit to his vested interest where any body who stands up to work ethics and against his corrupt ways will be shown the door on any pretext.
