The working environment is very good, you'll get many good technical projects to handle the staff is very cooperative

Dislikes

The salary is not on time the main problem of construction industry, traveling and extra expenses are reimbursed very late.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
