Being a contractual employee you will get no recognition neither valued. Your point of contact is rude, impolite and will hardly reply to your email and text messages. There is no employee conflict redressing mechanism for contractual employees.

I had terrible days of my life with Kelly. They deputed me at client site, the work culture was such toxic that I almost went into depression. You cannot reach Kelly management for help, you have only two choices - bear it or leave the table.
