In my experience some peoples (Employees) are very Criminal minded and selfies people. that peoples are playing politics and insulting other employees but company not observe that type of peoples and promoted higher positions.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Wasted my previous 6 years. Managers does lots of favouritism to certain individuals. Too much power to the line managers. During COVID, favourite people got wfh first with internet perks first. Favourite ppl getting promotions during maternity leaves, extending leaves with pay is against the company. These are few examples of bad management.
