Initial lvl pay is okay. Startup so u can learn and work on different departments at same time

No initial level training given, you will have no mentor or guide to give you KT or to tell you what are the KPI's u will be working just a work will be given and then u have to figure out how to do it and how this work will be liked by upper management. HR policies are soo bad that u r give only 1.25 leaves a month ( 1 = CL , 0.25=SL) and 12 festival holiday in a year. 3 months notice period in which salary will be not be given to you....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
