They tune us into a good engineer, and will provide us scope to explore things and experiment.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not at all good and some senior staffs thinking that we are just a slave working for them, he will call you at any time at that you should respond or else he will give bad feedback to HR. Even you are speaking with your parents or someone in phone if his call comes means you should attend it immediately or else he will blast. A famous dialogue once he told, you have time to bath but not time to attend my call, because he was calling during the time am having the bath. These type of attitude should be changed. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
