They will suck the last drop of blood out of the employees. Employees are never rewarded. Inspite of making profit year after year, they never care to pass on the benefit to employees. Rather they will deduct certain percentage from declared bonus, which is part of employee CTC. No perks. Appraisal cycle is from April to March of nex t year<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. KEC will issue increment letter on July 1 and payment of bonus is done in Aug salary, but strangely increment amount from April to June(which should be paid as arrears ) is never paid to the employees</mark>. The working atmosphere was good (especially in our design engg dept).The Bosses were Good and courteous.There was job security,good working atmosphere,the design team was good and hard working,willing to learn.

The compensation was OK,but there was little scope of growth i.e very difficult to expect promotions.The work pressure in design engg dept was also v high.We used to work on an average 11-12 hrs daily.Although I joined in Mumbai office ,I was transfered to Gurgaon office which lasted fo r 5 years i.e majority of the time I was away from my family....Read More
