In my pregnancy.. Company asked me for resign for reason due to my performance.. Company hold my salary till one year and haven't given me maternity.. Till date i have not received my salary & maternity.. I advice not to join this company. Job is not secured. I work more than 5 year.. Company haven't given me maternity.. Very bad Company . . I called multiple time to HR and mail to HR but they haven't reply my mail and not give my salary.. Salary & maternity benefits being pending more than one year. There is only one thing to like about KBS certification is that Saturday-Sundays are fixed off.

Dislikes

Everything except Saturday-Sundays Off. No SOP's, No KRA. No employees to handle the work. Only remaining employees have to work all the pending work of the other inabsence employees and company's management is very worst.

I did not have bad experience as such!! For many it was horrible experience to work with KBS! Hire and fire very common! So be careful if u choose to join this company coming from an established company! Think 100times before switching over to KBS. U never know when u can go jobless!!
