The most Unethical Unreliable company in my carrier. Management asked me share previous contacts & business secrets of previous organisation & when I denied they fired me in the very first month of my joining & not even paid my full salary & travelling expenses.

Mumbai office culture was best to work!

I did not have bad experience as such!! For many it was horrible experience to work with KBS! Hire and fire very common! So be careful if u choose to join this company coming from an established company! Think 100times before switching over to KBS. U never know when u can go jobless!!

Poor management, I wonder what their HR do because they don't have any process , and not even one person who takes the accountability of their work. THE stupid people sitting in HO Faridabad thinks themselves boss and behaves like one having duniya ka saara kaam and even with having zero knowledge . There is only one thing to like about KBS certification is that Saturday-Sundays are fixed off.

Dislikes

Everything except Saturday-Sundays Off. No SOP's, No KRA. No employees to handle the work. Only remaining employees have to work all the pending work of the other inabsence employees and company's management is very worst.

Worst company to join and work with. You cannot leave the company till the time MD is in office even if you have completed your 9 hours of shift. They make fake commitment regarding role and responsibilities. There are no policies and procedure's. I recommend, not to join this organisation.
