I Had work approx one year and increment was terrible 5 % . Pure Lala company work culture very bad. Director involved in Every work. After one or two year they think you should leave job because they couldn't increase salary and in less salary they hire new employees.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
