Though the university try to cater north east students to shine academically, the students are not attentive enough and they are not serious about their career (except a few). Faculties and support staff are good. In campus facilities should be increased. Facilities for faculty and staff is very less (no pf, gratuity, medical insurance etc). some old staff are holding back the university to grow due to their poor mindset and show their attitude with new people, though their skillet is very poor

Work life balance. No calls after office hours as such an employee gives productive work done during office hours.

Pay day is 10th of a month and it can get delayed for around 10 more days.

1.Super Supportive Mentors 2.Excellent Management 3.Awesome Team Culture 4.And most importantly during Covid when there was paycuts in all organisations PAN India not a single penny was deducted from any employee by the management of Assam Kaziranga University.And for this will remain forever grateful.

One of the worst organisations to work with hire fire policy

Dimapur office Abhijeet will never come to office and will tell you to do his work. As per hr manual your TA is clearly mention but You will spend from your pocket for traveling fooding etc but you will never receive the amount before you receive you will be fired.
