I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I didn't like anything in this company. I had lot of hopes but the company failed me in my expectations.

There's no support from my manager. Always I was criticized & treated very badly by my manager. I resigned once but was retained and I thought things will change but to my disappointment nothing changed. My manager didn't support in my work and if I reached him for help he just kept asking numbers and not ready to listen to the concern or help in any manner. My 2 years were only and only torture with this manager. I think I could have grown better and learnt a lot if I was working in any other company....Read More
