Most bakwas company I have ever seen in my career. So I don't think that any good things are there

Office politics. Internal politics They record you call or normal communication Toooo much arogant and immature people. In this company HR is actually not a HR..they are tele caller. Too much work pressure. From morning 7 to 8 am to night 11 pm and more it is your duty time. No work security is there.your work security depends on gossiping. No work freedom. They just used people and throw them . No holiday even they call you on your weekly off and give the task. No professionalism all work is going on WhatsApp group and highlites. They didn't even that much manners to how to talk with employees and co workers. Documentary they just give holiday on national holidays but In reality they don't give any holidays on national holidays. I think joining kay bee bio organic is most nonsense and bad decision I evered taking in my 10 year career journey. After joining these company I resigned but after resigning these company I don't want to join the any job in corporate industry... Too much bad experience.
