Work culture in Kolkata clinics are very poor. Only politics going on in the clinics. No work lyf balance at all.

The clinic is located at very potential area where you dont have do struggle for customers and business

The clinic environment is not at all good. Clinic manager is very arrogant and don't have manners how to talk to females .kaya is a good organisation but pedder road branch is worst

Only training period is fine and rest is horrible.

Dislikes

The management don't know about anything happening at branches only local managers will handle it with the dictatorship. Only people who are devotees to their managers can survive .

Never ever face any difficulty in salary in all my working years. All are friendly loving which creates a positive vibe that also sets a motivation in team collaboration. Definitely it wasn't easy. Have always given the best of my part to achieve the goals. In the end all i believe is hard work pays off and so efforts never get wasted. Sooner or later you get what you deserve.

Staff is very supportive and polite. Company is giving salary in these tough situation is commendable.

Salary 50% we are working for whole month to achieve targets and still salary issue.

When first lock down happened in delhi they asked me to leave a job that to also when I m working since 2008 this is not done I became a depression pt they don't know even what Troma they have given me

In HR there is no one with whome you can share problem they are just after your life for everything is your mistake if a person is working in your company since last 11 years you don't even thikh saying that leave a company

In starting it was very good but once all staff is changed arjun area manager is liten only Manger words he never see my hard work

They paid half salary and fired most of the employees,even in the pendamic period they are forcing us to come and work, I travel in public transport and their no transportation as the lockdown still in place, It's been most terrible experience working with kaya
