Bad management at clinic level. Absolutely no efforts to maintain or appreciate any relationship. They hire people as part time and make them work full time. Extremely difficult to get any leaves. No growth opportunity or even if it's there , it's held back by management at the cluster level. Too much politics from management peoplewho don't understand the medical aspect of the practice. If you join at a executive level then be ready to get exploited and ruined by your Manager. Threatening calls Threatening emails Harassing over exaggerated claims In sucha situation some still survive and some just don’t want to ruin their own life so they simply walk out of that situation no matter how good the company is but if your reporting manager is cruel and shrude that is the end.

In the clinic managers problem & some time managers force to work for long time for example your morning shift but client came suddenly then u should do the service orelse there will complaint about you negativity to the area managers or the highers that's it

If I get a chance to work again with kaya ...I will be agree for that .... because I grown up with kaya ..it's amazing company for females ...but some time there is promotion not in time ...and work time also not fixed ...not any lunch time fix...... according to me the lunch time should be fix for all staff so that they can eat on time and be energetic for work ..thanks kaya 🙏🙏🙏
