The co. Is manufacturing company , But not any fixed work, this co. Have my work is purchase material , dispatch , and invoicing , entries as- purchase , sale , journal, and upload GSTR , cutting tds etc all work is depend upon 1 person. But this have many things for learning.O

Dislikes

Working environment is not good, not free time, working time 12 hours to 15 hours, the salary is low

The company is grwoing company, they grow 20-30% every year before last 4 year, in future will grow because they have new clients of UK & Poland.As an accountant i have no problem.

Dislikes

The work pressure in this company is higher side, because the department is not related to my field i have to do their work, there is no any senior person responsibility.

my work is very challenging work, i am handling 100% accounting & purchasing & dispatch also. daily bank reconciliation,bill passing, to make sale invoice, to check GST R-2 every month,,stock statement submission on quarterly basis. TDs&tcs, deposit.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
