It's not a corporate Hospital. Just like government office. Simply waste toxic work culture. Poor leadership team they are keen in retaining their seats doesn't care about employees. Good supportive top management who values ideas and gives space to grow and develop

Lot of insecure middle managers who are long serving hesitant to adapt and so if you are under them they don't want you to outshine them or innovate which keeps us to do non value tasks though top management is supportive you feel under utilised making us feel under valued most of them are in trichy

Company work culture is pretty good over here genaral shift & weekly off on Sundays and friendly environmental impact.
