Nothing except on-time salary.

The worst company to work for. Managers are here just blaming juniors and saving their job. No Work-life balance, no job satisfaction. They would force you to work till 1 AM-2 AM then have to report at 8:30 in the morning, otherwise teach you lessons of discipline. They will threaten you constantly to terminate. If you ask for leave, your manager will behave like you have asked his kidney, lungs.. You have to sacrifice your self-respect to survive here. join only if you are Tamil or Malayali....Read More
