Lots of patients, uniques cases, same situations are differently approached, difficult situations are uniquely solved, patient finance friendly.

Dislikes

Hierarchy matters a lot, everyone aren't treated equally, too many students to teach, some seniors are very rude, differential treatment among students, doesnot live up to the standard.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
