Writing all this with just intention of awaring young motivated teachers who might get lured because of location , facilities and architecture and may end up resigning or absconding without even completing few months. Or may get trap their as doing so will affect their CV 1. Excellent location and 360° mountain views (but after some, this view might feel like a golden cage) 2. Every month new people coming and some other people leaving (resigning and/or absconding) , so you will not be missing on intersting gossips throughout the year (provided you are not the one to leave 😉) 3. Great villa residence and food facility (on the basis of these esteemed favours, you will be asked to serve them 24×7 , because if u disagree you will be made to realize your "aukaat" literally by words and action) 4. "You have to serve students like waiters as they do in Mc donald's, just keep them happy as their fees is running this place" , these kind of lines will be used to develop your multi sectoral skills and management skills. So after telling about likes let me throw some light on dislikes ( no satires here ) 1. Head of middle school and head of senior school are shear incompetent and non professional people, as they will be regularly interacting with you on regular basis and will be creating hurdles in your working style/strategy as they don't carry that intellect. Their incompetency might suffocate you, as most of the time they will just shout to prove their point. Or trap you in non sensical timeline and deadline. 2. If you are a teacher with purpose of learning and teaching u will cry for sure after joining "SO DON'T JOIN" , no review will tell you this clearly and believe me i have been telling this all with personal experience. Didn't had any plans to write but just writing so that an entusiast teacher should not end up wasting his precious time in such place. 3.For more details you can refer review by the name "Faculty Of Social Sciences in Dehradun" posted on 19 feb 2023. I take 100% credibility of the review and all the negative review are completely true and not fake. Rather 5 star/ 4 star reviews are either done by bootlickers or some admin guys themselves. 4. Surprised to see people writing bad about a school that is very helpful to the teachers and even their families. The schools extends support in all ups and downs. Kasiga is a great institution. It is one of the few institutions which has a Management with a heart which upholds ethical values and honesty. Those willing to work get ample opportunities to grow and learn. However, work shirkers find the place unsuitable for them. Having spent a number of years here, I cherish my time spent here. 1) Do not submit any of your original documents at any cost to the school. 2) Leaving the school will not be an easy task. Hundreds of terms and conditions along with hefty fines for leaving mid-sessions and with holding experience certificate and original documents. 3) Working on Saturday/Sunday. 4) No work-life balance. You willnever be able to have family time while working here. 5) Stressful, biased and political atmosphere. 6) Mandatory to speak in English, but students wont understand English. 7) Strictly formal wear (tie and blazer are compulsory, feels like typical colonial slavery mindset). 8) Do not fall for the beautiful campus (life inside is miserable). 9) New teachers will be given classes which are lagging behind and have below average students. 10) Teachers will not be consulted before getting the classes. 11) Section heads and HODs will play politics to get CAMBRIDGE sections (minimum workload, less number of students), while new teachers will be given CBSE classes (more students, below average, lagging classes, more workload). 12) Your qualifications do not matter here. You need to play active politics. 13) At the same payscale you can get much better schools, with appropriate workload and healthy atmosphere. 14) Mess food will be completely unhealthy (Start your day with junk bread (maida) and follow the same unhealthy food through out the day)....Read More

(DHOS, HR, Section Heads) 2) No fixed schedule even for a week (Imagine the pathetic state, where you do not know the activities and time table for the following week). 3) Difficult for the body and mind to adapt to such a place where there are no fixed schedules and timings for anything. 4) Workload will be unrealistic (more than 40 classes per week). 5) Before joining make sure about the classes and the workload. 6) You will be asked to clear the backlog of previous teachers who left the school unexpectedly because of the poor and miserable management. 7) Highly biased and political atmosphere. 8) Make useless lesson planners everyday and get them approved from useless people. 9) Salary is below market standards. 10) You are not allowed to take holidays on Saturdays/Mondays. 11) No one is allowed to fall sick/die/meet an accident (including your family members) on Saturdays/Mondays. If you are a fresher/experienced teacher looking for working at Kaisga, then these reviews will be very helpful : 1) The best thing about Kasiga is that it keeps hiring new employees every 2-3 months, keeping the school environment fresh, because the retention rate is very poor. 2) Open up the Linkedin page of Kasiga HR and look at the posts carefully. You can find posts for hiring teachers every now and then, because they cannot hold good employees for long. 3) Before joining Kasiga, get connected with the previous teachers via LinkedIn, who left from here during last 2 years and it will help you to understand the pathetic state of this school. 4) First advice do not join this place as it is just a business model to please students and parents and has no respect for teachers. 5) One more interesting thing about the school is that, it offers you endless working at substandard payscale. You will be working on weekdays, weekends and also on Sundays. 6) Moreover the school will trick you in the disguise of Summer/Winter Breaks. 1) All the 5 star reviews that you see here are given by internal bootlickers of the management. 2) Infact these 5 star reviews and the positions mentioned are far from reality and completely fake just to raise the ratings of the school. 3) This is a terrible school, with a pathetic management, ineffective DHOS and HR. 4) Teachers are forced to leave the school becos of the political and biased atmosphere here. 5) So do not submit your original documents here, bcos you may be treated very harshly and you may feel like quitting at any moment. 6) At the time of joining, you will be told by HR that this is one of the best school which promotes work-life baalance, but this is all fake. 7) At the time of joining, they will ask you to submit original documents and once you do this, you will be trapped. You will not be able to leave the school. They will impose monetary fine and also bring in their own policies to trap you. 8) Around December they will ask you to sign a form confirming that you will not leave during the next session. Any sane person cannot make such a promise and these are just traps. Do not sign any such form. 9) No proper raise/hikes/promotions are in place. You will have to be a boot licker for that. 10) Before joining they will call you to visit the campus (final interview) during the vacations. The empty campus indeed looks beautiful, but do not fall for such cheap hacks. 11) Try to be in the campus for 3 - 4 days when the session is running. 1) If you think you will get an opportunity to teach here, it is far from reality. 2) The class rooms will all be mess, with students using abusive language for the teachers and you will be forced to teach here. 3) If you speak English, students may not be able to understand it. But you will still be forced to speak English all thetime. 4) There is a huge disparity in the teaching load. HODs will have free time, and you, as a new joiner, will teach more than 40 classes per week. 5) Before joining, make sure about your workload and the classes you will have to teach. 6) HODs will not take CBSE classes because of the large no of students and more workload. They will enjoy their time in CAMBRIDGE, and you will work like a donkey in the CBSE section. 7) The head of the middle school, Cambridge, and CBSE section heads are not qualified to be heads. They are mere bootlickers of the management. If you try to function well and independently, your path will be hindered. 8) The pay scale is much lower than the donkey business you will do here. 9) There will be preps in the evening. Attrition rate is very high. Within a year 80% faculty either leave the school or they run away without information. HR does not know the H of human resource and C of compliances. Most of the time, she is in leave and deceives management by pretending to work from home. Head of middle section is a big curse for the school. Quality of students is worst, with many found in possession of drugs. additionally, a female staff member was caught supplying drugs and aubsequently fired from the school.
